THE PROCESS…

• SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Together we will determine project goals and program requirements. Our team will research and address zoning requirements and restrictions. We will develop illustrative drawings and conceptual presentations of the designed solution.

• DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Once the designed solution is approved, our team will develop architectural details and coordinate structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical drawings.

• CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

We will complete a set of drawings to include the information necessary for contractors to price and build the project and for building permit application.

• BID + NEGOTIATION

Our team will prepare and distribute bids to price construction costs for the project. We will assist you in the evaluation, negotiation, and selection of a winning bid. Once a winning bid is selected, a construction contract will be awarded and signed to begin construction.

• CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

We will observe the construction process and provide support to the contractor, ensuring your project is built as specified in the construction documents.
